A: We are producing according to MM; in case we receive Gauge size request, we use conversion chart to MM, as it handmade there’s 1mm sizes difference range.
From our experience best sold sizes are 2mm~16mm, its good range to start with; (but we can produce plugs / tunnels up to 50mm).
Q: And if I only buy a few to have in stock to my store, how quickly could I order more if they get sold fast?
A: We do supply online stock requirements; regular delivery time: 1 month or less (we will check best possible delivery time at order confirmation stage).
Q: What are the kinds of woods? What’s their origin?
A: For the production of our wood jewelry we use a variety of hardwoods, all non-toxic which sooth for healed piercings. These come from various locations around Asia, such as north Malaysia, Java mainland, Philippines islands, Laos and Bali. All the materials are certified by the respective ministries of Forestry as being within laws of Nature Conservation renewable sources and or repurposed, recycled; their use does not however endanger protected species!
Q: Which animal does the natural horn come from? What’s its origin?
A: The horn sourced from the Asian domestic water buffalo, vastly grown throughout Africa and Asia as a working animal and also for it meat and milk. Horn is regarded as a by-product of this animal's domestic capacity and its being traditionally carved into wide range of local tools, jewelry & ornaments.

A: The bones we use are sourced from domestic cows, a by-product of the meat industry.
Q: Do the animals are being killed for the purpose of making jewelry?
A: No cows or water buffalos are being killed for the purpose of jewelry making, we guarantee that!
parts being used are by-products (leftovers, rejections) of the meat industry, this practice originated long time ago & is deeply rooted in local traditions transforming all the animal parts into good use & reuse, that none will go to waste, expertly carving house hold tools, stunning jewelry and ornaments.
Q: Will the items made of wood/horn/bone lose their natural color?
A: We have knowledge require for treating the organic raw material prior to production so their qualities are kept vivid for time ahead, long after they had been first use.
Every material has it set of actions and preparations before it can be consider sooth for production.
considering their organic nature the item’s natural color will appear sharp for long time; but maybe compromised when exposed to direct sun rays, soaked in water; exposed to extreme cold weather conditions etc.; for keeping them in best original condition it is recommended to avoid contact with water and store in dry / cool place. Treating them periodically for smoothness & natural color preserving by rubbing with natural oils such jojoba, orange pulp oil, coconut oil, or virgin olive oil, may increase their beauty life spun significantly.
Q:What does the jewelry shapes means?
A: Shapes are influenced by tribal symbols designs from different continents, such as Asia, South America, Africa and New Zealand, as well as natural occurrences such as flora & fauna, which are popular practice in organics.
Q: How to begin stretching?
A: Remember, it is always best to consult an authorized certified Piercer first!!!
We recommend you to do so.
Please note that organic body jewelry are not to be used in stretching process; organic piercing are to be used in only healed piercing!
Q: How long it may take to stretch your ears?
A: It depends on the stretch gauge you wish to reach. Starting point may take from one day up to few months. It can be done instantly at certify piercing shop, or it can be done gradually by your own at home. We recommend that anyone wishing to stretch their piercings consult an experienced & professionally licensed piercer for direction and guidance (before they start the stretching).
Q: How long should I stretch my ears while still enable them returning to normal size?
A: It may differ from 1 Person to another, but in general it’s commonly safe to stretch them to 8mm and they will go back to original size after a few months of non-stretching.
Q: Do I need to stretch my ears for the 2mm weight hooks & earrings?
A: For normal earlobe it’s slightly required. A regular sized ear piercing is 1~1.2mm in diameter. If you are regularly wearing heavy earrings, so these already slightly stretched your ear lobes; in this case farther stretching is probably not necessary, checking the item correct fit will do.
Q: What’s the size ranges for plugs / tunnels / ear stretchers?
Q: By how many mm should I climb up in stretch size? And how often?
A: It is best to go up 1-2 mm at each stretch. Different people heal differently and within different periods of time; we recommending that you do not stretch any further until your ear goes back to its normal state and feeling, without any soreness or swollenness.
Q: How do I polish the silver?
A: Using a silver polishing cloth, rub the piece till it restored to shines.
Q: Why some of the silver is not stamped?
A: Referring to our handmade Tribal Silver collection may not be stamp for three main reasons: 1. it would considerably raise the wholesale Price of the items as for expensive certification process 2. Some pieces are so small or uniquely decorated that a stamp distract from their visual beauty 3. Traditionally these tribal “karen silver” hand cast are not being stamped.
Q: Is it 92.5 silver?
A: The silver we use is 92.5% sterling quality; that’s means it contains a minimum of 92.5% pure silver the industry’s standard for silver (Note: tribal silver; “Karen silver”; “Antique silver” models are up to 95~98.5% pure silver & it is different therefore).
Q: What is Sterling Silver?
A: Sterling silver jewelry is classified as 92.5% “sterling quality”. That’s means it contains a minimum of 92.5% pure silver; 925 Sterling is the standard industry for solid silver jewelry. The remaining 7.5% is a mix of various metals that added to the silver for strengthening to keep the silver design structure stable & durable, during production and then later during use.
Q: What is Tribal (Antique) silver?
A: Our lines of Tribal silver Earrings, Rings, bangles and Pendants are traditionally handmade at the Northern part of Thailand (Siam) and Burma (Myanmar) Hills. Tribal Silver has a higher silver percentage, 95~98.5% (higher than the 92.5% standard sterling silver). As result the silver looks and feels darker, basic, and purer, slight softer.

FAKE EAR STRETCHERS / LOOKALIKE PLUGS / FAUX GAUGES
Q: Is it ok to sleep with the organic faux spikes/hooks/plugs?
A: We recommend taking them off before sleeping because they are fastened together by a pin and rubber cushion with hole, so sleeping with them risks the pin to bend out of shape which may cause damage to the closure system.
Q: Does the organic trick, faux spikes/hooks/plugs are for normal sized ear piercing?
A: Yes, our faux hooks/stretchers/plugs are for regular sized ear piercings. No stretching is required however; after inserting to earlobe they appear as if you have stretched earlobes! (That’s what the: “trick, faux, fake, lookalike” terms are standing for).
Q: How do I open (separate) the trick, faux plugs & expenders / how they come apart?
A: It’s a basic push (close) and pulls (open) mechanism. The silver pin shaft is glued permanently at one side; on the other side there’s a rubber cushion hole (for entry & exit of shaft); so avoid using too much force as it will results in damaging the pin. When inserting, feel you had found the correct angle; the insertion should be easy without any significant force. Some of our spikes need only to be pulled apart.
Q: Do they break easily?

Q: Do people wear just one earring?
