Sure Jewelry produces a large range of designs & models, from a large range of exotic raw materials.
We produce every order, fresh.
Below are the required minimum quantities per item / size / order in each category:
*Samples order for quality inspection possible: Contact us (it is more costly & logistically complex to produce samples, therefore samples delivery time may exceed 1 month time & cost may vary).
*Wholesale order minimum value: 100$ and up (not includes freight charge).
*Organic Body jewelry: 12pcs up a size / material
*Organic Rings: 6pcs up a size / material
*Organic Pendants: 6pcs up a size / material
*Organic Necklaces: 6pcs up a size / material
*Organic Bangles: 6pcs up a size / material
*Organic Anklets: 6pcs up a size / material
*Organic Hair pins: 6pcs up a size / material
*Organic Earrings: 12pcs up a design (for pair order 2)
*Genuine Leather wrist bands / bracelets and chokers: 12pcs a design / color
*Fake leather printed wrist bands and belts: 50pcs a design / Color (the same for customize print design).
*Karen Silver (antique silver): 6pcs a design (it is possible to order also 1~5 pc a design, but the price will be different than the wholesale price, will be confirmed with inquiry).
*Original, Genuine and authentic ethnic jewelry: sale by pc; no minimum total order value is require (can ship from 1 pc and up).
*Pewter nickel free jewelry require 25pcs a design (for ring: per size), prices are subject to world pewter price, therefore accurate prices will be provided at order confirmation stage, or as quotation.
Delivery time
Delivery time for wholesale orders: 1 month or less.
Samples orders & small quantity orders may take slight longer time to produce on occasions than the wholesale orders.
*Production time depends on domestic national holidays, raw material availability, carvings design complexity, and order quantity.
We confirm best delivery time possible with every inquiry & order.
We are always doing our best and 99.9% succeeding in delivering on time, or earlier.

Prices for quantities lower than the minimum wholesale order quantity maybe slight different than the wholesale minimum quantity prices.

*We are adding item's prices online all the time, but incase any of item's price does not appear yet in time of your visit, it is possible simply to send us a price inquiry includes the item's code, material and sizes, to do that:
Log in your account, choose the items in interest and add them to the cart, after you finish send us email it had been done (you do not need to submit the order), and we will vew all details and reply back to you with quotation shortly inc. possible sizes etc.
*We reserve the right to change prices, correct prices errors, change or stop discounts & promotions, and any other details on this website without prior notice and at any require time.
Return policy
We are rarely required to address any return request.
It is possible to return to us any item which from any reason you assume different than what you had ordered, and or different than what had been confirmed in order, and we will replace it with a similar item free of charge.
In such case please email us the PO# (Purchase order number, or invoice#), and describe the nature of problem, and the reason for return.
We will check and confirm by email the acceptance of the return item,
*Please do not ship back any return item without our reply email confirming it is okay.
Next you ship return item to us within 2 weeks since shipment received, and in the original packaging.
* Please make sure to return the item in proper protected packaging (padded envelope) that it will not be corrupted during the shipment back to us.
We are not responsible for return packages that had been lost or damaged on the way back to us; it is recommended to use tracking option on your return shipment.
Next we receive the return item, check and verify it, and ship you back the corrected new item ASAP;
We produce every item therefore it will be shipped to you as soon as completed.
In case of a return, the client will carry all shipping and duties charges.
We reserve the right to decide whether to accept a return or not (every case will be thoroughly checked).
Any returned item will not be sold again, we loose money on returns, therefore rest assure we will do our most to provide you with the top quality item in the first place.
*Return policy does not apply to our ethnic jewelry category.
**We produce organic hand made items; there are few important issues for information which return policy does not apply to:
- - Organic hand made items will never appear 100% identical even between pairs, this is 1 of the unique & charming characters organics items has, which defers them from machined stamped products.
- - Differences can appear in forms such as the raw material color, the inlay different in it shade, wood structure, shade & color may appear slight different from 1 order to the next.
- - We are being derived by customer satisfaction and do our best to produce finish item to match the catalogue image, the differences usually cannot be seen with the naked eye; but as we depends on natural organic raw materials and hand made traditional production system (nature does it’s part), therefore 100% consistency in look & similarity cannot be guaranteed.
- - We do guarantee high grade raw materials, perfect carvings work, top quality finish, correct design inlay, accurate sizes (subject to 1mm up & down variance); in most of the cases the finish items will appear identical to the catalogue image.
Ex Works terms:
All pricing, delivery and products being offered by Sure Jewelry are according Ex Works terms;
Any misuse of our products, lost or damage caused through the products to personal, or property or else, and or damage effected the products after they had been collected by the freight forwarder or cargo from our premises for delivery, will not be by any way under sure jewelry responsibility, and cannot held against us in any case.
Sure Jewelry will deliver top quality finish products, according to the order, professionally packed according to high standards and with the complete & correct shipping documents to be collected for shipping by the freight forwarder (chosen by buyer) to be deliver to the buyer’s address and in accordance to the delivery schedule and expected quality.
Sizes:
All organic items sizes are in MM, in case we received inquiry or order in Gauges, or inches it is most welcome but we will convert them to MM for production, and they will appear in sales order for confirmation as MM.
Converted gauges to MM will be rounded closest according to MM.

As we are producing hand made it is not yet possible to guarantee 100% size accuracy, We guarantee the sizes 1mm range variance (accuracy by the mm).
